Actually not much, I might add, to contribute to this. KitchenAid mixer is legendary for its amazing. It works well, well, is capable of all tasks, and comes with a basic set of options that allow you to do almost anything. It 'was incredibly liberating to be able to cream the butter Sift the flour, while baking cookies. I was with my dear, ill done, whisk so long, it was amazing to see how much time I saved with a mixer,actually works.

The classic is not as powerful as the other series, KitchenAid is gone, but it works well for my needs. I do all the heavy dough of bread or cook every day for a company, then it is certainly more than enough for me. But if you're really heavy shoes, it would be better to try to set professional or commercial INSTEAD, as a pilot for Classic withstand May not be able to use a professional level.
But for me it's perfect and I love him so much!

KitchenAid’s stand mixer is a substantial piece of equipment: 250 watts of mixing power make child’s play of creaming butter, kneading dough, and whipping cream.
