The insole works well for both my shoes and dressed in a walking boot Hi-tec. My feet are flat and close to low arch, so I took the shoe. I like to work, for example, and is very robust. But it is a bit 'expensive and no pillow.

This is a good quality pair of inserts. Way and up to 8 hours a day, so I need extra support. After two weeks of use are very happy with them. A spokesman complained that they were too big, but I think she knew the cup are clean. The site does not Superfeet an excellent job of explaining the various models (color). I removed the black inserts b / c for shoes clothing described. Later I spoke with a representative of the product Superfeet Marathon Expo, the differences mainly concern the level of the different models described the flats black (an event with a bow), so they fit better in a dress shoe.
